You have 7 days from the date you receive your order to request a return or exchange. Exchanges can only be made for in-stock items.
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept items that have been worn or used.
To start a return or exchange, please contact us with your order number and reason for the request.
Simply send your item back to us — return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer — and we’ll gladly cover the shipping cost to send your first exchange back your way. (For any additional exchanges, standard shipping rates will apply.) Returns where the customer paid for shipping incur a $2 restocking fee per item. Returns from orders that received free shipping incur a $7 fee to offset shipping and handling costs, plus $2 per item restocking fee. International orders are final sale.
